Mortgage Professionals are Real Estate Finance Professionals who uphold the highest standards for operating competing and serving the consumer for mortgage services in North Carolina. Mortgage Profesionals will not compromise their code of etics for profit. A mortgage professional not only operates within the requirement of North Carolina banking rules but works in concert with the Banking  Commission to adopt regulation for improving the industry. Mortgage professionals who are licensed in the state  on North Carolina are authorized to conduct business anywhere  within the state.

A Mortgage Professional's objective is to provide a value to the consumer by offering more competitive rates, better service and less cost.The mortgage professional's alliance with a number of major investors affords a wide arraey of products for fulfilling practically any request. Membership in the North Carolina Asssociation of Mortgage Professionals and the National Association of mortgage Brokers provides  member support for continuingeducation to keep the mortgage professional on the leading edge of the current trends in the industry.

The mortgage professional's key role is to search the market for lenders that provide a variety of mortgage programs at the most competitive rates. A contractual relationship between the mortgage professional and numerous lenders may exist for meeting the competitive demands of the consumer. The mortgage professional participates in origination, processing and arranging th closing of the loan.
